Hey, hey, here comes Cuatro! (And a $2200 Prize!)

Cuatro is the official mascot of the Brain Audit. He's known as Cuatro because has just four hair on his head. Sharp spotters (who've read The Brain Audit) and other paparazzi will note that there are pictures of Cuatro with as many as seven or eight hair. Those were the good ol' days, of course. Recent photos of Cuatro have just four hair.

So what do you do with Cuatro?: And tah, dah...the prize

1) Only those who've bought this edition of the Brain Audit are allowed to enter. No one else.
2) You can send in as many photos as you like via email. Try to restrict it to less than twenty, ok?
3) The photos can be based on any theme whatsoever. The most liked one wins the prize.
4) This is not a photography competition. You get points for creativity, not for the amazing quality of the photo.
5) The photos will be posted on the eventual Brain Audit site and we'll get folks to choose their favourite photo.
6) The closing date for the photos is 2nd Nov. 2009. That should give everyone a chance to get their books etc.

And the prize?
You get a $2200 voucher for any Psychotactics Course. Why $2200? Because I like the number that's why. So you can use this voucher to jump on any live course (if we are next door to you). You can use it to join any teleconference-based course either now or in the future. And this voucher expires on 31, December 2013 (again—arbitrary picking of a date from my head).

What you have to do next
Well take pictures. Take as many pictures as you like. Take pictures with cats, iphones, earphones, cartoon characters. And especially a picture of the book with yourself in it will be much appreciated. If you can take a picture near a monument or a locally well known place e.g. Peet's coffee, then hey, that's wonderful as well. If you know someone famous, then that's cool too. Make the picture as warm and personable as you can. Thanks in advance, and all the best.
If you've got your copy of the Brain Audit book (yes, physical copy) you can use Cuatro to take a photo. You can make Cuatro sit on your car. Or sit on a sign. Or on a statue or really whatever you can dream off. The best way to give Cuatro some strength is to print out the Cuatro of your choice, and then paste it onto some hard board. Then take Cuatro where you go, and make sure that you get loads of pictures of you and Cuatro.

If you have kids: Download the black and white Cuatro and get the kids to do all the colouring and pasting That will keep them busy for a while. You can either get them to copy the colours from the coloured version of Cuatro, or let them go bananas (special points for colouring Cuatro's face purple, green or some bizarre colour).

In summary:

1) Download any or many versions of Cuatro from below. When you click on any of the pictures below, you get an a5 sized version of the picture.
2) Cut the picture out and paste it on a board. A cut out picture looks a lot nicer
3) Take the pasted cutout of Cuatro with you. You never know where you're going to go, and who you're going to meet.
4) Take a picture with Cuatro when you see something interesting, or someone interesting.
5) If you've got kids, get them to colour the b/w version. That will give you some time to read The Brain Audit
